Let Go of The Toxic People in Your Life - Before They Destroy You Hello everyone, Today’s podcast (Episode 11) is all about toxic people and toxic environments, and the impact on our mental health dealing with this behaviour day in day out, year in year out. I have divided the podcast and the article into distinct but inter related categories, and tie all of them directly to the experiences of Harry and Meghan and events that have occurred since 2016. UK Media - Stop Clinging to the Sussex Wave The British Royal Family and its media are acting exactly like an ex spouse who is angry that their victim has escaped from their abusive behaviour. The abusers doubled down on the abuse, as a way of trying to give the impression that they still had control over the actions of Harry and Meghan.
